Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources strategy and operations in a unionized industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as a key business partner to operations leadership, ensuring effective labor relations, compliance with employment laws, and development of workforce initiatives that align with company goals. The HR Manager will also play a critical role in supporting employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development in a demanding industrial setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a unionized industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong labor relations background, including experience in collective bargaining administration and negotiations.
- Experience working in an industrial or underground mine environment strongly preferred.
- Broad HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, labor law, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels.
